You must only place ads for items and services which it is within the terms of Federal, State and Local laws for you to sell, trade or otherwise deal.

 

This service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Australian Malls does not in any way shape or form endorse or warrant the validity of any item or user listed in this service. Any transactions or exchanges between any parties resulting from advertising on this service are soley between the parties involved. It is the responsibility of these parties involved to satisfy or answer any questions or details about the transaction or the parties involved.

 

Any dispute arising out of such transaction is between the parties involved and does not involve Australian Malls or its representatives in any way shape or form.
